Construction of the Musselburgh Release

The Musselburgh Release in Rosewood Green is SOLD OUT and has recently commenced construction. Once completed this release will see 26 new homes added to our growing community in Rosewood Green.

Contractors started on site in early November and are estimating for titles to be registered mid next year. The last few months of 2021 has seen significant rainfall in the Rosewood and surrounding regions, this in conjunction with nation wide material shortages has meant that construction has unfortunately been delayed.

We cannot wait to welcome new homes and community members into the estate once construction has completed!
